Little Wigwam
The newly built 'Little Wigwam' is also now available. Nestled in a corner of the walled garden, this quaint wooden pod sleeps 2. It has:
- living room/diner with convector heater
- kitchenette with 2 ring hob and microwave
- double bed (there is also a double 'pull out' bed under the sofa)
- separate shower room and toilet.
- TV and DVD player, and electricity, bed linen and towels are included. (No broadband access).
- Parking available (1 car)
Camping
A new onsite area has been created for camping in an adjacent field. Up to 6 pitches (approx. 4m x 6m) are available, but they can only be booked by parties also booking the Wigwam or the Little Wigwam. Modern service facilities are provided, with hot and cold running water, basin, shaver point, separate toilet, shower room with heated shower, basic kitchen/utility room with sink, worktop and fridge. Vehicular access and parking is restricted to the Little Wigwam.
Conveniently located between the market towns of Diss and Thetford, and the beautiful coastline of Suffolk and North Norfolk. Ideal for walkers and cyclists with Peddars Way footpath, Knettishall Heath Nature Reserve, Redgrave and Lopham Fen and the National Cycle Route nearby. Local attractions include Go Ape, Banham Zoo, Harling Vineyards, St George’s Whisky Distillery, Bressingham Gardens and Steam Museum. Also convenient for Bury St Edmunds with its cathedral, abbey gardens, Georgian theatre and an interesting range of shops. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 4 miles.
